MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE BELOW.

Most hats are made after an order is received, therefore, it takes about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to receive your items in the U.S.

SHIPPING  in U.S.  : I usually use US Priority Mail to ship your items, but sometimes when necessary with larger boxes I will ship with UPS.  Please verify your address when filling out the credit card form on PayPal when you make your payment.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:  I use the US Post office to ship all my hats and accessories to many international destinations. I use US Priority Mail to ship all my items, which takes about 6-10 business days once your item is shipped.  No First Class International Package  will be shipped because there is no insurance and no tracking number and can take 3 to 4 weeks once shipped.

The customer is responsible for any and all customs fees and/or VAT charges if they apply. I am not responsible for any  delays due to items being held in customs for whatever reason.

If you agree to the shipping rates and want to make a purchase, I will send you an online invoice to your email to pay using your credit card. PayPal will be processing the credit card, so you can rest assured it will be very safe.  Please read the instructions once you open your email and click on the link provided to take you to the PayPal processing window. If you have a PayPal account you can simply log in and proceed. If not, then there is a box to click on that says something like “If you do not have a PayPal account, Click Here”. After that you can proceed to fill in the form with your information.

I WILL NOT SHIP TO:  South America, Mexico, Central America, African continent countries, Middle East (except Israel), or N Korea. There are some others, but that will be decided on an individual basis.

Please email me for information and shipping rates if you are in other countries.

RETURNS:  Due to the nature of my items being hand made for each customer, it is important that you notify me with in 5 days after receiving your item.  If you have received a custom hat or accessory it is NOT returnable.  Once you notify me I will send you the appropriate return address. Never automatically return the item to the return address on the shipping box, unless I tell you otherwise. I f you do, you may not be able to get a refund.

REFUNDS:  I am happy to accept any returns if you are not happy with your purchase. Refunds will be credited to your credit card account with in 24hrs after receiving your item back. It must be in unused condition. If there are any signs of wear or tear you can not receive a refund. Please be sure you use packing supplies along with the hat or accessory you are returning. If you return the item uninsured and there is damage you will not receive a refund.  Refunds will be for the price of the item only, not the cost of shipping.

CUSTOM ITEMS:  I f you have any questions about ordering a semi custom hat or accessory please email me.  I often can easily make a color change of a specific hat, or leave something off the hat, or add something extra.  So if you are thinking of customizing a hat or accessory please email me with what you want to do.
